This venue is a special occasion kind of place. Always great food and wonderful service makes Brenner's one of the favs.

love love love started off strong with the oysters. i haven't had oysters in so long and this was so yummy. 10/10 freshness and flavor. (the wasabi paste threw my bf off LOL) got the filet mignon + garlic butter and MMMMMMM BOY SHE TASTY. perfect med rare and so tender bf got the daily cut by strip and that was also hella good. mans a steak connoisseur and he said "very very good" finished off strong with the bone marrow. OM NOM NOM literally so fire. seasonings were on point and so marrow-y and it literally melts in ur mouth

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Brenner's last week and it did not disappoint. We had a private room at the top of the stairs overlooking the bayou/pond/green space, with a balcony. Everything was set up great and the waiters were awesome about refilling drinks and coming around with passed apps. Overall everything went off without a hitch and we had a phenomenal meal (specific shoutout to the smoked salmon toast points, the mac and cheese, and the mashed potatoes... oh and the desserts).

Fiancé would like to give this place a 4.5/5. Didn't have a reservation Sunday during brunch, but was able to get a table. Food was pretty good . The bacon wrapped shrimp was a staple!

Brenner's on the Bayou will definitively see me again! This restaurant comes with amazing food and has that southern charm to it. Came in on a on Saturday night with a reservation and was seated right away. Our server was really friendly (although I can't recall her name!) and walked us through the menu. Here's what we ordered Espresso Martini: 10/10 The espresso martini had the perfect balance of coffee, sweetness, and liquor! So I ordered 2. Seafood Tower: 9/10 Priced at $175 at the time, the tower includes king crab, oysters, lobster tail, shrimp and poke. Everything was cooked to perfection however i'd like to shine a light on the tuna poke. It was soo fresh, seasoned perfectly and overall so yummy! Lobster bisque (not pictured): 2/10 It was nothing crazy. It was a bit bland in my opinion. I'd skip it next time. 16 oz. Akaushi Ribeye (not pictured): 10/10 Got too hungry and forgot to take a picture. I haven't had steak enough to be able to give an informed opinion but my oh my I haven't anything like it. The steak just melts in you mouth and is paired with this butter (forgot what it was called) which added just a hint of sweetness. It was just amazing and I'm dreaming of the day I go back and have it again! Croissant Bread Pudding(not pictured): 10/10 Had to end our meal strong and this dessert was the it-girl. Nice, sweet, warm and paired with ice cream to balance that warmth. Can't wait to come back!

Brenner's on the Bayou is an extravagant establish with the ambiance of exactly what the name sounds like. A scenic restaurant on the Bayou, very upper echelon from the decor, to the staff, to the quality of food and service. I was extremely impressed with how we were greeted at the door to the entire experience itself. I would not only highly recommend trying this restaurant, but we will definitely be back. To break down the food, we had the crab Rangoons which I expected to have a lot more crab, I enjoyed the crispy cream cheese mixture though. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and left my mouth watering with a savory flavorful after taste. My wife had the salmon and she loved it said it was a tad over cooked, but the seasoning made up for it. The Brussels sprouts had a sweet aftertaste that perfectly mingled with the salty first bite. The mashed potatoes were perfected in their consistency with a flavor I had never had before, it was delightful.
